To support the sector become more diverse and share knowledge around challenges for women within it ( and many other sectors) and how to overcome those.

Listening to people's journeys and helping them leverage the learnings they can draw from them

Supporting individuals and organisations to embed DEI into the fabric of their daily operations and to become great allies

I no longer do but I believe in connections between people, and this industry enables that
