The second “Lead” Development Programme starts in September – find out why it’s right for you!
Lead is the leadership development programme designed by Women in Transport for women in transport and we will be launching the second programme in September this year.
Want to find out more? Come along and (virtually) meet the delivery team and some of the participants from our inaugural programme.
Tailored to the capability and progression needs of women leaders in the transport sector, Lead is a paid programme which provides excellent value for money which will help you take your career forward as a leader in transport.
Lead is designed to evolve and grow the leadership capability and confidence of women who are already in, or are aspiring to, senior manager or director level leadership roles in the transport sector. Women leaders will join a supportive cohort from a diverse range of transport and infrastructure organisations to authentically expand their networks through stimulating shared learning experiences and a project collaboration. Participants then automatically join a growing alumni group at the end of the course. Lead will be delivered by leadership coaches and Women in Transport members Gill How and Iain Smith.
See more about Lead on our website: Lead — Women in Transport
The session will be interactive with plenty of opportunity to ask questions both during and at the end so don’t miss out, register today!
Please feel free to invite your manager, HR/L&D contact or anyone else who is interested too.
We look forward to talking to you there.
