To support the sector become more diverse and share knowledge around challenges for women within it ( and many other sectors) and how to overcome those.

Listening to people's journeys and helping them leverage the learnings they can draw from them.

DEI consultancy and strategic advisory services, interactive and bespoke educational training and workshops.
What's the best thing about your job?
Supporting individuals and organisations to embed DEI into the fabric of their daily operations and to become great allies.
How did you become involved in the transport industry?
I used to work in it.
What do you like about working in transport?
I no longer do but I believe in connections between people, and this industry enables that.
What are you most proud of?
Being in my second year as the owner of my business.
