TfL’s Women’s Colleague Network Group

It’s an exciting time to be a member of TfL’s Women’s Colleague Network Group. The newly established WCNG Self-Development Programme has added its most encouraging offering yet – Imposter Syndrome Programme.

We have partnered with Claire Ackers, an authenticity and mindset coach to deliver a programme on combating your inner imposter syndrome. An initial session delivered during Women’s History Month this year was an unequivocal success – we set about working with Claire to continue this invaluable work with our colleagues at TfL and this September we launch our first of a kind Imposter Syndrome Programme. The demand was off the scale demonstrating the need and the desire for this specific type of development. Comments and feedback received has been overwhelming and also quite humbling. It takes courage to speak out about our fears and self-doubt and reading my colleagues personal comments and feelings made me even more sure about the positive and valuable impact we can have with programmes like this. There’s a real sense of excitement building and I personally can’t wait for it to begin.
