Rydym wedi creu partneriaeth gyda Wild Trails Wales i gynnig cyfle cyffrous i gysylltu â natur, i ddarganfod golygfeydd hardd Cymru, ac i brofi’r buddion o gerdded a rhwydweithio.
Dewch gyda ni ar daith gerdded drwy Ardal o Harddwch Eithriadol Dyffryn Gwy, gan ddilyn llwybr yr afon drwy’r goedwig ac i lecynnau braf gyda golygfeydd godidog dros y dyffryn a thu hwnt. Byddwn yn cwrdd am 10am, gan ddechrau’r daith gerdded wrth gastell hynaf Prydain a gorffen y daith ar safle adfeilion canoloesol Abaty Tyndyrn.
Mae’r daith yn 8.5km/5.5 milltir gan ddringo oddeutu 350 metr ar ei hyd. Mae’n addas ar gyfer cerddwyr dibrofiad ond mae’n cynnig rhywfaint o her gan fod ychydig o ddarnau o lethrau serth, grisiau a llwybrau cul.
Gallwch lawrlwytho’r amserlen lawn yma.
Mae’r digwyddiad hwn yn agored i aelodau a phobl o’r tu allan ac mae’n gyfle gwych i gyflwyno ffrindiau a chydweithwyr i’r rhwydwaith Menywod ym maes Trafnidiaeth.
Mae gennym 20 lle ar gael ac mae tocyn yn costio £15. Os hoffech chi ymuno â ni, cofrestrwch yma.

We’ve partnered up with Wild Trails Wales to bring an exciting opportunity to connect with nature, explore beautiful Wales scenery, and experience the benefits of netwalking.
Come along as we walk through the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, following the river through woodland riverbanks with lofty viewpoints out over the valley and beyond. We’ll meet at 10am, beginning the walk at Britain’s oldest castle and ending at the ruins of medieval Tintern Abbey.
The route distance is 8.5km / 5.5 miles with an approx. ascent 350 meters. The walk is suitable for inexperienced walkers but does present some challenge with a few sections of steep slopes, steps, and narrow paths.
