Southwest Hub Event
Personal Resilience
Wednesday 25th September 2024, 9am to 11am
Women in Transport Southwest Hub are pleased invite members to an in-person event on Personal Resilience lead by Penny Wood, kindly hosted by WSP.
Personal resilience is arguably the most important resource for managing stress, coping through challenging times and successfully adapting to difficult or changing situations. The good news is that it is a skill that can be learned, and the subject of our next in person event.
Penny Wood, an experienced Business Leadership Success Coach, joins us to share her insight to support you in developing personal resilience. Build the confidence and mental strength you need to navigate challenges and thrive in your career. The event is open to members and non-members. Don't miss this exciting opportunity to invest in yourself and your future!
The session will be interactive with an opportunity for questions.
The WSP office venue is also holding a Macmillan coffee morning on this date, to support people living with cancer, so whilst the event is free, you are encouraged to bring some cash to buy a cake in support of their fundraising efforts.
Note that paces are limited to 40 so register now to attend this event by completing the form below and we’ll send you joining instructions.
This event is open to non-members
If you are not a member of Women in Transport, but are interested in joining, you can find more details on how to join here: Membership — Women in Transport.
