Women in Transport partner Jon Manning of Arthur Ellis is running a number of workshops throughout the year for BQF on Psychological Safety, the first of which is on Tuesday 22nd February 2022 at 10am.
The full list of these workshops is shown below (watch out for further details of these):
Workshop 1 – Psychological Safety
Workshop 2 – Psychological Safety: Mitigating Summer Risks
Workshop 3 – Psychological Safety: Getting over the Summer Slump
Workshop 4 – Psychological Safety: Managing the Winter Blues
In the first workshop, Jon will be taking a dive into;
What is Psychological Safety and why is it important?
What are the potential risks involved?
How can we build psychological safety into our day-to-day business operations?
Jon has experienced living with mental health conditions for over 20 years and with a background in the commercial world, he set up Arthur Ellis to change the way mental health is managed throughout society. Awareness needs to be more actionable if we really want to gain control over it. Now, alongside a brilliant team, Arthur Ellis is supporting thousands of people globally through the 1:1 support service and organisational training and support.
Please note this is an external event organised by Arthur Ellis and BQF and is a paid event (see the link below for ticket prices and for more information on how to book).
