Women in Transport is pleased to announce the details of our Spring Reception, held in partnership with Transport for London (TfL).
This year’s reception will be held on International Women’s Day (IWD), 8th March, and we have a fantastic panel lined up who will be discussing the theme of this year’s IWD, Embracing Equity.
The reception keynote speaker will be Fiona Brunskill, Chief People Officer at Transport for London and Jo Field, President of Women in Transport. The panel will be co-chaired by Hayley Magorian, Chair of the Women’s Colleague Network Group and Joe Brown, Chair of the OUTbound Colleague Network Group.
The panel will include the following industry leaders, each approaching the theme of Embracing Equity from their own unique perspectives and lived experiences:
Siwan Lloyd Hayward, OBE, Director, Security, Policing & Enforcement at TfL
Shireen Ali-Khan, Intersectionality Lead at Women in Transport
Sue Terpilowski, OBE, Equity Index Lead at Women in Transport
Philo Daniel, Global Director - Urban Security at Smiths Detection
Marlon Osborne, Head of Customer Operations - London Underground Sub-Surface
The panel discussion will be followed by a Q&A session and then there will be plenty of time to network with colleagues from across the transport industry over a drink and a canape.
