Join us for an afternoon at Polmadie Depot in Glasgow. The depot is run by Alstom who maintain the Avanti West Coast’s fleet, the Class 221 Super Voyagers and the daytime storage, maintenance and cleaning of the Caledonian Sleeper stock.

Together with SNC-Lavalin’s Atkins, we are delighted to invite members to an interactive evening focusing on the importance of putting people at the heart of transport infrastructure design. Our keynote speaker is Caroline Paradise, Head of Design Research at SNC-Lavalin Atkins. She will talk about the innovative human-centred design engagement process that puts well-being at the heart of building design. Before the talk, immerse yourself in a real project in the pop-up tech lab with SNC-Lanvalin’s Atkins interactive virtual reality experience. After the talk, networking over drinks and refreshments.
